For this cool tropical treat, you’ll need 1 banana per child, ice cream, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. To prepare, slit each banana open lengthwise. Put ice cream, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips in the slit. Add whip cream to the top, if you wish. Eat with a spoon straight out of the skin (boat). Enjoy!
