Leap Frog
This classic children’s game is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your party. It’s best played outside where there’s lots of room to leap. Have your guests get into a frog position by bending down and dividing their weight evenly between their hands and feet. (Remind them to keep their heads down). The frog at the end of the line begins by placing their hands on the back of the frog in front of them, jumping in the air a little, and sliding their legs around the body of the frog they’re leaping over. They continue jumping over all the other frogs in line. The person who is now at the end of the line, does the same thing, and so on, until everyone has jumped through the line several times. Try mixing up the order of the frogs and keep leaping!

Stick the Fly on Froggie's Tongue
Before the party, draw a large frog on a piece of posterboard, and add a long pink tongue with an "X" drawn on the tip. Then, using black construction paper, cut out enough fly shapes to equal the number of guests coming to your party. When it’s time to play the game, mount Froggie on the wall and give everyone a fly of their own (it helps to have their name on it). Before each child takes a turn, have them close their eyes, spin them around three times, and point them toward Froggie. The child who sticks their fly closest to the "X" on the tip of Froggie’s tongue, wins! You may want to play the game several times to give the kids more chances to win.

Lily Pad Walk Relay
Before the party, cut four lily pad shapes out of posterboard, or cardboard you color green to look like lily pads. Each should be approximately 12-15 inches across. Divide your party guests into two teams and give the first person in each line two lily pads. These shapes become the only thing they can step on as they travel from the front of the line, around a chair, and back. To begin, place one lily pad on the floor, step on it, place the next on the floor in front of the first, and step on it. Pick up the first lily pad and place it in front and step on it, etc. This game will keep your guests rolling in laughter as they race across the "pond" and make it safely to solid ground (finish line).

Sweet Swamp Water
It’s not easy being green, but this swamp punch is easy to turn green. Simply add a few drops of green food coloring to your favorite light-colored beverage: lemonade, lemon-lime soda and apple juice work well. To give your punch a bit more frog appeal, drop one-to-two raisins into each ice cube compartment, fill with water and let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes (so ice freezes clear), and then freeze. Your guests will love seeing frozen flies in their drinks!

Frog Face Pizzas
You will need half an English muffin for each child. Split muffins and top with prepared pizza sauce and shredded American or mozzarella cheese. Let each child decorate their own pizza. Use pepperoni, mushroom, olives and peppers to make funny faces. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375º for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts.

Flies on a Log
Even the smallest creatures in nature have an important role. These flies are here to add fun and silliness to your party. Cut celery into six-inch lengths and fill the curve with peanut butter. Put raisins (flies) the length of the celery in an uneven pattern. Flies on a Log are fun for the birthday child to help prepare before the party.

Frog’s Favorite Fizzy Punch
You will need: 1-10 oz. package frozen strawberries (partially thawed); 1-10 oz. package frozen raspberries (partially thawed); 1-12 oz. can frozen lime juice concentrate; 1-32 oz. bottle of ginger ale (chilled); 1-32 oz. bottle of club soda (chilled); and 1 pint vanilla ice cream. Puree fruit in a blender and combine with the lime juice concentrate. Chill for at least one hour. Pour mixture into a punch bowl, add ginger ale, club soda and scoops of vanilla ice cream.
